How do i buy at ianmosh.Com?
1. Choose the category (garment type).
2. Display the article(s) that interest you. With a click you will enter the article data sheet where you will see photographs, colours, available sizes, the price and other details.
3. Select the colour and size and add to the shopping cart. Next, you can choose to keep buying or place the order.
4. Once you have entered your personal data, check that it is correct and press “continue buying” to complete the payment.
5. You will receive an “order receipt” confirmation email.
6. Once the order has been sent you will receive a “delivery confirmation” email.

How do i know if my purchase has been properly completed?
Once you have placed your order you will receive an“order receipt” email within a maximum of 24 hours. If you do not receive it, contact us using email shoponline@ianmosh.Com
What must i do if i receive a faulty article?
www.ianmosh.com only sells goods in perfect condition, so that if exceptionally you were to receive a garment with any defect, contact us using email shoponline@ianmosh.Com. We will solve the issue as soon as possible.
What must i do if i receive a wrong article?
If by error on any occasion you were to receive an article you have not ordered, please contact us using email shoponline@ianmosh.Com. We will solve the issue as soon as possible.
What payment method can i use to complete my purchase?
We accept credit and debit cards (visa, mastercard and maestro) and paypal.
If you pay by paypal the order will be processed once paypal confirms us that the payment has been completed.
Why was my card rejected?
Your card may be rejected for different reasons:
Maybe some data entered is incorrect. Please check it.
The card may have expired. Please check the expiry date.
You may have exhausted your card’s monthly expenditure limit. To check it you will need to consult whether you still have available balance with your bank.
I have a discount code, how do i use it?
If you have a discount code you can apply it to your purchase before confirming the order and before making payment. Make sure you enter you code in the right box and press the “apply code” button to apply it to your order.
Please not that only one discount can be applied per order.

Where can i receive my order?
You can receive it at home, at work or wherever you prefer although we cannot make deliveries to po boxes.

These time frames do not take account of events of force majeure not imputable to ian mosh (as for example bad weather or labour strikes).
Your order can be delivered at any time between 8 am and 8 pm from monday to friday (except for holidays) and the signing of an acknowledgement of receipt or the bill of lading will be required.
What is the time frame for returning goods?
The time frame for any return of goods is of 15 calendar days as from the date of receipt of the order.
What must i do to return an article?
To return the client will have to follow the following procedure:
1. Fill in the returns form that you will find inside the envelope or box that we have sent you.
If you have lost your form you can enter the returns section in your account and download this document.
Remember: always indicate your order number in the upper left corner.
Do not forget to send the form with your parcel when you return your products
Be aware that, if you wish to make an exchange, you will have to place a new order.
2. You can return items within the first 15 days from receipt of your order. Please, make sure that the items get to us within this period to proceed to refund you the money.
3. Items must be returned in the same condition as received, which includes:
A) any accessory related to them, without being used, washed or harmed.
B) their original labels
C) their full packaging
D) the returns form specifying the reference that you want to return and your order number.

5. It is very important to indicate your order number when you send a return. We will be unable to refund you without this information.
Important notice: you are responsible for the products until they arrive at our warehouse. We recommend you to send them to us through a carrier that offers you insurance for the value of the items sent or by certified post keeping the proof of delivery.
The customer will always pay for the delivery costs except in the case that the article was defective. In this case, the returns will be free and the customer will have to contact ian mosh to arrange the pickup of the product.
When and how will i receive the amount of my return refund?
After having approved the return (the articles must be in perfect condition and have all their labels), you will receive a confirmation email indicating the amount that you will be refunded in a few days. You will receive the refund using the same method you used when placing your order.
